Laura is a seasoned healthcare and life sciences healthcare executive with three decades of experience building high-performing teams and leading commercial markets across the supply chain. Throughout her career in senior executive roles, she has been the strategic advisor to CEO’s of several companies, provided corporate leadership, executed successful turnarounds, and held responsibility for multi-billion-dollar P&L’s. Her diverse experience includes large biopharmaceuticals, biotech, managed care, government, specialty and retail pharmacy, hospital systems, public policy, healthcare services, and consulting.

Brian Doan, PhD

Brian has over 20 years of experience in Pharma and consumer healthcare with a strong multi-functional regulatory, quality, and technical background. Brian has developed both pharmaceutical and digital products for the US market, including bringing a digital wellness product to market. He has extensive experience as a product development scientist navigating the FDA-regulated environment for product approvals and leadership experience developing and launching device/digital health products into the commercial marketplace.

Samantha Gaies, PhD

Dr. Samantha Gaies is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the field of counseling, assessment, and psychology since 2006. She currently owns a private practice in New York City, where she offers therapy (individual and couples), mindfulness training, executive and personal performance training, and consulting services to individuals and corporations. She has extensive expertise in mindfulness-based techniques and has trained, taught, and presented at many prestigious institutions, including New York University (NYU), University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin), the VA, and the United Nations.

Jennifer Newberger

Jennifer Newberger has over 15 years of experience in the regulated healthcare space. She has served as outside regulatory counsel for medical device companies of all sizes, helping them bring their products to market and advising on their interactions with the FDA. She has also served as in-house legal counsel at a large medical device company (Abbott Laboratories) and a technology company (Apple Inc.). She currently leads the regulatory and quality team at Cognito Therapeutics. She is a creative, collaborative leader with a keen ability to navigate the complex regulatory environment.

Jonathan Dodge, CPA

Jonathan Dodge has over 35 years of tax and accounting experience. Jonathan is a consultant and retired partner of Thoresen Diaby Helle Condon & Dodge, Inc. CPAs & Advisors. Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors of three Minnesota businesses including Epien Medical Inc.,Citizens Observer, LLC, and OrangeHook, Inc. He sees the big picture and plans financial strategies to achieve results.

Kevin Johns, MD

Dr. Johns is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. His work is at the intersection of physical and mental health, identifying and addressing the psychiatric needs of patients living with chronic medical problems with a focus on Long-COVID. He is passionate about supporting patients on their medical journeys by addressing their behavioral health needs.

Evelyn Hunter, PhD

Dr. Hunter is a clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling Psychology at Auburn University. She is a Partner in MS Care National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Dr. Hunter’s research aims to shift paradigms of understanding toward equity and justice by investigating the ways in which multicultural and diversity characteristics intersect with and impact established mental health and behavioral constructs, including health disparities in mental and physical wellness constructs.

Michael A. Harvey, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Harvey is a psychologist in private practice in Framingham, Massachusetts. He provides training and consultation on mental health issues having to do with hearing loss, including consultation and training for audiologists regarding motivational interviewing and the psychological aspects of patient care. As a clinical psychologist, he was on the faculty at Salus University, where he taught online courses relating to the psychosocial aspects of hearing loss.

Allyson Holmes-Knight, PhD

Dr. Holmes-Knight is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of direct service and 9 years of clinical program design and implementation and people management experience in healthtech and traditional settings. She has extensive knowledge of CBT, Family Systems, and Psychodynamic treatment modalities. In her most recent position, as the National Clinical Director at Daybreak Health, she was responsible for all Clinical Program Development.
